Da Boat Goat's CEO Roundtable · Private Mastermind

Build The Legacy Behind The Fleet

An intimate, private working weekend built for watersport entrepreneurs ready to elevate their business. Spend the weekend surrounded by like-minded CEOs, putting real numbers on the table, strengthening systems, making smarter decisions, and building relationships that can move your business forward long after the weekend ends.

Nov 12–15, 2026 Washington, D.C. Only 5 applicants being accepted

Application required. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. 5 seats — hand-selected, not ticketed.

What this is NOT

Not a conferenceNo keynote fluff. A closed working room of operators.
Not a party weekendR&B Water Vibez is the Friday exhale — after the work.
Not open ticketsYou apply. Fit decides. Money alone doesn't buy the seat.
Not income guaranteesEducation and strategy. Outcomes depend on what you execute.

The real cost of guessing

Wrong inventory. Leaking revenue. Lonely decisions.

Most watersports operators pay tuition in expensive mistakes — buying the wrong fleet, underpricing peak weeks, marketing that burns cash, and building alone with nobody who runs the same game. The CEO Roundtable exists so you stop learning that way.

Inventory guesses

Boats vs. jet skis, financing, utilization — decisions that lock capital for seasons.

Revenue leaks

Pricing gaps, dead midweek slots, weak packaging, and bookings that never compound.

Solo captain energy

You're the ops, marketing, and closer. Nobody in your circle runs this business.

For one weekend in Washington, D.C., a select group of serious watersports entrepreneurs will come together in a private mansion with Shaod “Da Boat Goat” and experienced operators who understand the business firsthand.

  • A private room built for real conversation—no stage, no crowded ballroom. You’ll have direct access to Shaod’s years of experience building and operating in the watersports industry, while gaining valuable perspective from other serious entrepreneurs in the room.
  • The conversation centers on the businesses at the table—revenue, pricing, fleet, operations, marketing, mistakes, growth, and what comes next—giving you the space to bring your numbers, challenges, and questions to people who understand the industry firsthand.

Who sits at this table

Where are you in the business?

I'm already on the water

You own or operate a boat, jet ski, charter, rental, or related watersports business — and you want sharper revenue, tighter ops, stronger bookings, or a clear scale path without burning another season guessing.

Bring your numbers, your bottleneck, and the move you've been avoiding.

I'm building my way in

You're serious about entering the industry, financially positioned to execute, and you want the real operating picture before you drop capital on the wrong inventory or the wrong market.

Be ready to discuss capital, financing readiness, and a real launch timeline.

Your businessReal context, not theory.
Your numbersRevenue, costs, utilization.
Your bottleneckThe one thing slowing you.
Your next moveWe put it on the table.

The work

What we're putting on the table

Six working themes. Real systems. Real decisions. Educational and strategic — no financial outcomes guaranteed.

01

Startup & Acquisition

Market selection, startup capital, boats vs. jet skis, equipment, financing, and the early mistakes that quietly bankrupt seasons.

02

Pricing & Profitability

Pricing power, utilization, margins, seasonality, and the revenue leakage hiding inside your operation.

03

Marketing & Bookings

Demand generation, packaging experiences, converting attention into booked days, and building repeatable revenue.

04

Operations & Systems

Staffing, scheduling, customer experience, maintenance, and processes that hold when volume hits.

05

Growth & Scale

Inventory expansion, new revenue streams, partnerships, events, and knowing when scale is smart vs. ego.

06

Your Business

Bring real numbers and real problems. Selected businesses go into the hot seat — clarity under pressure.

Da Boat Goat Da Boat Goat

Operator. Builder. Host.

Meet your host — Shaod “Da Boat Goat”

Shaod is a U.S. Army Veteran and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience across trucking, government contracting, real estate and the watersports industry.

After securing $15M+ in government contracts and managing a Mercedes-Benz relationship moving approximately 15,000 vehicles annually, he built the largest boat and jet ski rental company in the DMV.

In 2021, he launched Shaod’s University, helping mentor 300+ entrepreneurs. The CEO Roundtable is the next evolution—a private room for serious watersports entrepreneurs ready to build, grow, and scale.

“Most people are one room away from the thing they've been chasing for years. They just keep walking into the wrong rooms. Let me put you in the right one.”
— Shaod, Da Boat Goat

0 seats. Hand-selected. Not a ticket booth.

When the room is full, applications close. Fit decides who sits — not who clicks buy first.

The transformation

Leave with more than just information.

Leave with clarity, strategy, industry insight, and relationships you can put to work long after the weekend ends.

The Playbook

Operating systems and decision frameworks you can apply before the next season hits.

The Room

A curated mix of selected participants and Shaod’s current Platinum mentees—serious entrepreneurs ready to contribute, challenge ideas, share perspective, and hold each other accountable.

Results live in the room

No borrowed praise. No stacked fake quotes.

Proof here is proximity: operators who show up with real numbers, leave with a plan, and execute. If that standard matches how you build — apply for your seat.

Apply For My Seat At The Round Table

Fit filter

This table isn't for everyone — and that's the point.

Apply if

  • You're a current operator ready to tighten, grow, or scale.
  • You're a serious prospective operator with capital and a timeline.
  • You'll put real numbers and real bottlenecks on the table.
  • You want a room of operators — not a motivational seminar.
  • You're available all four days: Nov 12–15, 2026.

Not a fit if

  • You’re not financially positioned to invest in your business.
  • You’re looking for guaranteed results, shortcuts, or a secret formula.
  • You’re interested in information but not prepared to implement and execute.
  • You’re not ready to execute for the 2027 season.

04

Invitation

Accepted applicants receive instructions to confirm their place.

This is not an open-ticket event. 5 seats. When the room is set, applications close.

Before you hesitate

Objection crushers

“I can just watch more content.”

Content doesn't put your numbers in a hot seat or put you next to operators who run the same game. Proximity is the product.

“I'll wait until next season.”

Another season of guessing is still tuition — paid in inventory mistakes and leaked revenue. The room is Nov 12–15, 2026. 5 seats.

“What if I'm not ready?”

That's what the application and qualification call are for. If you're not a fit, you won't be forced into a seat. If you are — you'll know.

“Is lodging included?”

Don't assume it is. Final lodging details land with accepted participants. Travel is on you unless your invitation says otherwise.
